I specialize in working with individuals overcoming addictions by first addressing the underlying issues: “not why the addiction but why the pain.” Second, using trauma-informed care, Smart Recovery and cognitive behavior change interventions to replace negative coping. I support individuals out of recovery centers and who are transiting back to daily life.
