Care Mission Statement: Responders"I have been honored to work for years with combat veterans, law enforcement officers, and those serving on the front lines of keeping our communities safe and healthy. Coming from a family that experienced war and trauma, I know firsthand the care it takes to heal - and ultimately thrive - after challenging experiences. I offer directness, gritty gallows humor, kindness, compassion, and transformational practices/skills in my support of healing and growth."

Treatment ApproachI practice integrative psychology, an approach which is awareness-based, insight-oriented, and goal-focused. I find the greatest sense of well-being and healing comes from living a life of presence, vulnerability, and awareness. I offer education around trauma, and skills-based approaches to dealing with difficult circumstances in life. This includes mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-awareness to bolster the well-being of individuals, couples, and thus the whole family.
