Relevant ExperienceI have worked in a therapy environment since 2014. I enjoy helping others build attachment where bonds have been broken. My therapy dog and I partner to help individuals recognize body sensations, feelings, and emotions and how their behaviors impact others around them. I approach therapy as a team experience where the individual/family is the expert and we work together to learn and grow utilizing a variety of modalities and growth mindset.

Sometimes this means taking different paths than we had thought we were meant for and finding meaning in those paths. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. My focus is solely on the healing process and utilizing mediums necessary to help someone reach their goals. Different modalities and treatment options are available to aid individuals in their process.
